We are not looking for a particular CV. We are looking for people who care whether the thing works for the person on the other end of it.
- You finish things. A feature that is nearly done helps nobody.
- You tell the truth in your work — including when the truth is that something is broken, late, or was your mistake.
- You can explain what you did to somebody who is not in your field. Half this job is explaining.
- You know Liberia, or you are willing to learn it properly rather than guess.
- You would rather do one thing well than five things roughly.
How we work
The way we build the product is the way we work. We say what is actually true — a booking does not read refunded until the money has gone, and a payment that is still settling says so. We would rather ship something narrow and honest than something broad we cannot stand behind. And we build in the order that helps travellers and vendors first.
Expect to be trusted with real work early, and to be asked plainly when something is not right. Expect the same going the other way.

Engineering
The platform itself — search, booking, payments, the vendor dashboard. Careful work, on a product where a bug costs somebody real money.
Support
Answering travellers and vendors when something is wrong. Safety tickets in 2 hours, everything else in 24 — that promise is only as good as the people keeping it.
Trust, safety and vendor review
Reading KYC documents, moderating listings, and looking into disputes. It is the work that lets the word "verified" mean anything on this site.
Payments and payouts
Mobile Money, refunds and getting vendors paid on time. Numbers that have to be right the first time.
Content and local knowledge
Writing about Liberia for people who have never been — plainly, in our own voice, without the tourism-brochure nonsense.
Vendor growth
Finding the guest houses, tour operators, fleets and transfer services who should be on here, and walking them through getting set up.
