The rules of using Wuhkorbor
What you agree to when you book or sell here. Written to be read, not to be survived.
Last updated: 5 September 2026
The short version
Wuhkorbor is a marketplace owned and run by PME Group LLC. We connect you with independent Liberian businesses — hotels, tour operators, fleet owners, transfer services — and handle the booking and the payment. The service itself is provided by that vendor, not by us. Book honestly, sell honestly, and read the cancellation policy before you pay.
Using Wuhkorbor means you accept what is on this page.
What Wuhkorbor is, and what it is not
Wuhkorbor is a product of PME Group LLC, registered under the laws of the Republic of Liberia. When these terms say “we”, that is PME Group LLC.
We run the platform: search, booking, payment, messaging, vouchers, reviews and support. We check vendors before they can sell here and we moderate listings.
We are not the hotel, the tour operator, the fleet or the driver. The vendor owns their listing, sets their own prices, availability and cancellation terms, and is responsible for actually providing what you booked and for meeting the rules that apply to their trade. Verification means we have identified the business — it is not an inspection of their property, vehicle or tour.
Wuhkorbor books inside Liberia only.
Your account
- Give real details. Vendors check who is arriving, and a booking in a name that is not yours can be refused.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- You need to verify your email before you can check out.
- One person, one account. Do not share it or hand it to somebody else.
- Accounts are for adults booking travel.
If you think somebody else has got into your account, change your password — which signs you out everywhere else — and tell us.
Booking
- When you start a booking we hold your spot for 30 minutes so nobody takes it while you check out. If that time runs out, we release it and you are not charged.
- Some listings confirm instantly. Others go to the vendor first, and nothing leaves your money until they confirm. If they cannot take your dates, or do not answer in time, the request is released.
- A booking is between you and that vendor. We take it, hold it and process the payment for it.
- Give the details the booking asks for accurately — dates, guest numbers, flight number, driver age and licence. A vendor can refuse service if what turns up does not match the booking.
Prices and payment
- The price you see is the price you pay. Taxes and the service fee are in the breakdown before you pay, and there is no separate Wuhkorbor booking fee added at the end.
- You are charged in the currency the vendor prices in. If you switch the display currency, that converted figure is an indicative estimate for comparing — not the amount charged.
- The amount is worked out and checked on our side before anything is charged, so what you approve is what the page showed you.
- Mobile Money payments are approved by you, on your own phone, through your provider. We never see your PIN.
- If a payment is still settling, leave it. It updates by itself. Paying again is how people end up paying twice.
Pay through Wuhkorbor, or you are on your own
If a vendor asks you to pay outside the platform, refuse and report it. A payment made off Wuhkorbor has no booking record, no cancellation policy and no refund route, and we cannot help you with it.Cancellations and refunds
Each listing carries one of four cancellation policies, chosen by the vendor. The policy showing when you book is locked to your booking, so it cannot be changed on you afterwards. Refunds you are owed are raised when the booking is cancelled and processed by our team.
The full detail — the four policies, how to cancel, and what happens after — is on the cancellation policy page, and it forms part of these terms.
Reviews
- Only somebody who booked and completed that booking can review it.
- Write about your own experience. Do not post anything false, abusive, or somebody else’s private details.
- Do not offer or accept anything in exchange for a review, in either direction.
- We can remove a review that breaks these rules.
If you sell on Wuhkorbor
Everything above applies to you too, and so does this:
- You pass KYC before you sell — a government ID, a selfie and a business licence — and your listings go through moderation before they go live.
- Describe what you are selling as it really is. Your listing, your photos, your prices and your terms have to match what a guest actually gets.
- Keep your availability honest. Do not hold dates you cannot serve.
- Honour the price and the cancellation policy that were showing when the booking was taken.
- There is no plan to buy and no sign-up fee. Wuhkorbor takes its commission out of each booking.
- Money for a booking is held and released after the stay. Payouts go where you set them — bank, MTN MoMo or Orange Money.
- Cancelling a confirmed booking refunds the guest in full and carries a penalty on your side. That is what keeps availability here worth trusting.
- You are responsible for your own licences, insurance, taxes and the law that applies to your trade.
- Traveller details we pass you are for serving that booking. Not for marketing, not to pass on.
Using the platform properly
Whichever side you are on, do not:
- move a booking, a payment or a conversation off the platform
- use Wuhkorbor to arrange anything illegal
- harass, threaten or abuse anybody through booking messages, reviews or tickets
- post content that is not yours to post
- make bookings you do not intend to keep, or listings you do not intend to serve
- try to break, scrape or work around the platform, or get at accounts and data that are not yours
Suspension
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. A suspended account can still browse but cannot book. If yours is suspended and you think it is wrong, open a support ticket and we will look at it.
You can stop using Wuhkorbor whenever you like. Bookings already made still stand under the terms they were made under.
When something goes wrong
Start with the vendor on the booking message thread — most problems get sorted there. If that does not settle it, open a dispute on the booking in My Trips and our team will look at it. Keeping the conversation on the platform matters, because the thread is the record we read.
Because the vendor provides the service, a complaint about the service itself is ultimately with them. What we can do is hold the money, look at the record, apply the cancellation policy, and act on the vendor's account where they are at fault.
What we can and cannot promise
We work to keep Wuhkorbor running and accurate, but we cannot promise the site is always available or that every word a vendor writes on their own listing is correct. Prices, availability and listing details come from vendors.
Where something is our fault, we will put it right. Where the failure is the vendor's performance of the service they sold you, our role is the booking, the money and the dispute — which is exactly why money is held and released after the stay rather than paid out the moment you book.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page when the platform changes and change the date at the top. For a change that actually affects you, we will tell you rather than quietly editing. Bookings already made keep the terms and the cancellation policy they were made under.
