What we hold, and why
This page says plainly what information Wuhkorbor collects, what we do with it, and who else sees it. No long paragraphs written to be skipped.

The short version
Wuhkorbor is owned and run by PME Group LLC. We collect what a booking actually needs — who you are, how to reach you, and the details of what you booked. We share it with the vendor serving your booking and with the companies that run our payments and our servers. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising on Wuhkorbor, and there are no analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
The rest of this page is the detail behind those sentences.
What you give us
When you create an account:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your password, which is handled by our authentication provider and stored hashed — we never see it.
- Your language and display-currency preference, if you set one.
When you make a booking:
- The name, email and phone you want the booking held under, your dates, your guest or passenger numbers, and any special requests you write.
- For a car rental: your driver age and driving licence number, and your pickup and drop-off details.
- For an airport transfer: your flight number, terminal and gate where you give them, your pickup and drop-off addresses, and your luggage and child-seat needs.
- For an attraction: the time slot and ticket types you choose.
When you pay:
- The Mobile Money number you pay from, and the reference your provider returns.
- Where card payments apply, the card brand and the last four digits only.
What we never receive
Your Mobile Money PIN never reaches us — you approve the payment on your own phone, through your provider. We do not store full card numbers either. If you sell on Wuhkorbor:
- Your business profile from the vendor application.
- Your KYC documents — a government-issued ID, a selfie, and a business licence — kept in a private storage bucket that is not publicly readable.
- Where you want your money sent: bank details, MTN MoMo or Orange Money.
- The listings, photos, prices and availability you publish.
What you write on the platform:
- Reviews you leave after a completed booking.
- Messages you send a vendor on a booking thread.
- Support tickets and the messages in them.
- Disputes you open, and what you tell us about them.
- Listings you save to your wishlist.
What we create about you
Using Wuhkorbor generates records of its own. We hold your bookings and their status, payments, refunds owed and paid, the money held and released for a booking, your loyalty points and how you earned them, your wallet balance and its history, and the notifications we have sent you. If you sell here, we also hold your balance, your payouts, and any commission taken.
Administrative actions our own staff take on an account or a booking are written to an audit log. That is there so we can answer honestly when somebody asks what happened and who did it.
Why we hold it
- To take your booking, get it to the vendor, and give you a voucher.
- To take payment, work out a refund when a booking is cancelled, and pay vendors what they are owed.
- To let you and your vendor talk to each other about a booking.
- To answer your support tickets and look into disputes.
- To check that a vendor is who they say they are before they sell here, and to moderate listings.
- To send you the notifications you have not turned off.
- To keep the financial and booking records a business has to keep.
We do not use your information to build an advertising profile, and we do not use it to train anything.
Who else sees it
The vendor you booked with. They get what they need to serve you: your booking details, the name and contact you booked under, and anything you wrote in special requests. They do not get your payment details, and they do not get your other bookings.
Your payment provider. A Mobile Money payment goes through your provider, and they see what they need to move the money.
The companies that run our infrastructure. Our database, authentication and file storage are hosted on Supabase, and the site itself runs on hosting infrastructure. They hold the data on our behalf, under their own security terms, and they do not get to use it for their own purposes.
Our own support and admin staff. Only where they need it to answer a ticket, review KYC, moderate a listing, or settle a dispute.
Where the law requires it. If we are properly required to hand something over, we will.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to advertisers or data brokers. There is no advertising on Wuhkorbor to sell it to.Reviews and other public things
A review you leave is published on the listing with the name on your account. Your wishlist, your bookings and your messages are not public. Vendor listings are public by design — that is the point of listing.
Cookies
Wuhkorbor uses a small number of cookies and nothing that tracks you across other sites. The Cookie Policy lists every one of them by name and says what it does.
How it is protected
Your account only reaches your own records — that is enforced in the database itself, not just in the pages you see. KYC documents sit in a private bucket that cannot be read publicly. Payment approval happens on your own phone with your own provider.
No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise. If you believe your account has been accessed by somebody else, change your password — which signs you out everywhere else — and open a support ticket straight away.
What you can do about it
In Settings you can change your name and phone, and your language and currency. Changing your email needs verification, so that one goes through support. In notification preferences you can change what we send you.
Getting a copy of your data, or deleting your account
The self-service buttons for these are not built yet — we are not going to pretend otherwise. Until they are, write to contact@pmegroup.com and we will handle it by hand. Some records we cannot delete on request: completed bookings, payments and refunds are financial records, and a review tied to a completed stay is part of another business's public record. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for 180 days. After that it is no longer kept for our own purposes.
The one exception is records we are required by law to keep. Booking, payment, refund and payout records are financial records, and those are held for as long as the law requires us to hold them.
Children
Wuhkorbor is for adults booking travel. Accounts are not intended for children. A booking can of course include children travelling with you — that is you giving us their numbers and needs, not them holding an account.
Vendors handling traveller information
If you sell on Wuhkorbor, the traveller information we pass you is for serving that booking. Do not use it for marketing, do not pass it on to anyone else, and do not keep it longer than your own business needs it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change matters to you — a new company we share data with, a new purpose we use it for — we will tell you rather than quietly editing the page.
Company and legal details
Wuhkorbor is a product of PME Group LLC, which is registered under the laws of the Republic of Liberia. PME Group LLC is responsible for the information described on this page.
Office and legal address: Paynesville, Liberia.

Asking us about your information
Questions about anything on this page, and any request about your own data — a copy of it, a correction, or deletion — go to contact@pmegroup.com. That address reaches PME Group LLC directly.
For anything else, a support ticket is still the quicker route, because it stays in one thread with your bookings attached.
